Route & Delivery Time
● There is no total weight limit for the shipment (the weight limit per piece may be adjusted periodically by FedEx. While the total shipment weight is not restricted, the maximum weight per box may vary by country. Please check before shipping.)
● Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the entire shipment.
● Any fractional grams will be rounded up.

Route Restriction
FedEx requires addresses to be filled out entirely in English.
FedEx service is generally intended for personal customs clearance. Packages must be sent within a reasonable personal use limit. Any loss or failure to clear customs caused by exceeding personal use limits will be the responsibility of the user.
When shipping via FedEx, an accurate address is required. Please provide a complete and precise address, including:
① Apartment number (if the delivery address is an apartment or residential complex, specify the unit/room number).
② Accurate street information (avoid abbreviations or vague descriptions).
③ Correct postal code and building number (include floor and unit number if applicable).
④ Do not use private PO boxes or courier pickup points; it must be a deliverable physical address.
⑤ Please provide available dates and times for delivery according to the shipping company's instructions to the recipient.
If a second delivery is required due to the above issues, a fee of 1,700 JPY will be charged. A notification email will be sent, and customer service will deduct the fee from your balance.
Declaration Requirements [Updated on September 11, 2025]
To ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery, please strictly follow the rules below when completing your customs declaration, and provide accurate and truthful information:
1. Do not use vague or unclear declaration terms. Avoid using ambiguous or overly general terms such as "Cloth," "Other," or "Ticket." Such declarations may cause customs returns, delays, inspections, or failed deliveries. Any customs issues, delays, or losses caused by unclear, vague, or incorrect declaration information will be the user's responsibility.
2. Correctly fill in product categories and names. For cotton fabric items, please select: ① Primary Category: Textiles / Fabrics / Materials; ② Secondary Category: Cotton Fabric.
3. If the product has no corresponding option in the system, contact customer service in advance. If customer service confirms that the item can be shipped, choose "Other" under the corresponding primary category and provide detailed product information in the declaration field, including material, purpose, and type (e.g., "Cotton tablecloth," "Polyester sportswear fabric").
4. According to customs regulations, when shipping via FedEx or other channels, accurately declare the product category, name, quantity, and declared value. Any losses, fines, returns, or other issues caused by false declarations will be the responsibility of the recipient. The platform will not bear any related costs or legal liability.
*Note: Customs authorities will independently review declared values. If the declared price is not accepted, the package may be returned, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please ensure all product information is declared truthfully.
Fee
For FedEx shipments, the shipping fee is calculated based on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight (kg) = Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000.
*Example: If a package's volumetric weight is 10 kg and its actual weight is 5 kg, the shipping fee will be calculated based on 10 kg.
For volumetric weight calculation, the package's length, width, and height are measured in centimeters (cm), with each dimension rounded up to the nearest whole number (e.g., 19.3 cm is counted as 20 cm, and 19.03 cm is also counted as 20 cm). Measurements are based on the package's maximum outer dimensions. In practice, the longest side in each direction is taken, including any increases caused by outer packaging, wrapping, bulging, or slight tilting.
During transportation, packages may undergo minor deformation due to uncontrollable factors such as stacking pressure or drops. Any dimensional variance within approximately 1 cm on a single side resulting from such conditions is considered a normal shipping tolerance and is not eligible for claims. This method follows common international shipping practices to ensure consistency and reasonableness in measurements.
